NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-008363 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATESHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-A, is the Plaintiff and WALTRAUD E BUCHANAN; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE WALTRAUDE BUCHANAN TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 28, 2006; TENANT #2; WALTRAUD E. BUCHANAN AS TRUSTEE OF THE WALTRAUD E. BUCHANAN TRUST, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 28, 2006; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK G, BALLANTINE MANOR ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
