NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-005612 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WFASC 2005-AR11 is the Plaintiff and STEPHANIE ECKES; JAMES E ECKES; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN BANK, USA, NA; RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
