Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 29, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
BUILDING 4524, UNIT H, WEST VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2132, PAGE 7626, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, A FIRST AMENDMENT RECORDED AT O.R. BOOK 2159, PAGE 7503, AND A SECOND AMENDMENT RECORDED AT O.R. BOOK 2170, PAGE 3152, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 120, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4524 26TH ST W APT H, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on December 3, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
