Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated November 4, 2013, in Case No. 2013-CA-002648, of the Circuit court for Manatee County, Florida in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor-by-merger to M&I M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin Banking Corporation, the Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE E.HERRING, a/k/a, CHRISTINE EVANGELYNE HERRING; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; and NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITION, LLC, the Defendants, the Office of the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of December, 2013, the following- described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 5, Block B of Elbert Court, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 25, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
