NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000629 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN W. LOWTHER A/K/A STEPHEN LOWTHER; PATRICIA F LOWTHER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF N.C.; SONOMA TOWNHOME HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SONOMA SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SONOMA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RANDY SIEGEL., and TENANT #2 N/K/A MAYA SIEGEL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
