NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 1004034CA in the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Vericrest Opportunity Loan Trust 2011-NPL1, Plaintiff, and, SHAWN M. CSEPLO, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property:
UNIT 703, THE BIMINI II AT TARPON COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2368 AT PAGE 552 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
