Lot 62, WINTERS SUBDIVISION 4TH ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 119, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with 1987 Champion Mobile Home VIN 337172N6452A and 337172N6563B
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
