Bank, National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2007-WMC1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Athena Bloomfield, James Bloomfield, Laura Perreault, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00AM on the 23rd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 123, IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 430 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 105 FEET; THENCE WEST 130 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 105 FEET; THENCE EAST 130 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
