NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002816-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF16, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FF16, is the Plaintiff and Keli M. Homsey, Aqua Finance Inc., Asbel Creek Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Franklin, a division of National City Bank, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00AM on the 30th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
