And any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose name and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the said Defendants, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ARTHUR L. SOPKO, who is not known to be dead or alive, or any Unknown Person or Corporation Claiming any Interest in 855 Polaris Rd. Unit 18, Venice, Florida 34293.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 4793 and 4794, South Venice, Unit No. 18, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 55, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Alexander Scott Dennison, Esquire, Florida Defense Law, P.A. 1227 Second Street, Sarasota, Florida, 34236, on or before thirty (30) days from Date of First Publication of this Notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
