NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 582013CA0037470000NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-SP1 was the Plaintiff and ELAINE A. BROSNAN, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 19th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 11217 AND 11218, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 42, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3 OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
