NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006334 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB., is the Plaintiff and AMY E. SILVA A/K/A AMY SILVA; JOSEPH D. SILVA A/K/A JOSEPH SILVA; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on NOVEMBER 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1528, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
