NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005341 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and ALFRED B. AINSCOE; SARASOTA EASTPOINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, EASTPOINT, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 1, 1A, 1B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
