NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013 entered in Civil Case No: 2007 CA 015136 SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 25th day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1271, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45s PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
