NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2013 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-009587 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE, LLC is Plaintiff and ROBIN L. FALING, THOMAS FALING, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of December, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 8055 and 8056, SOUTH VENICE Unit 29 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 Page 82 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
