NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 31, 2013 entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012342 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and DANIEL SOKOL a/k/a DANIEL R. SOKOL; CASA RIO, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SOUTHTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL SOKOL a/k/a DANIEL R. SOKOL, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 4, Building A, Casa Rio, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1011, Page 1426 through 1463, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Page 4, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
