NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003871-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY M. MOULLIET A/K/A JEFFREY MOULLIET, et al., the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 09:00 a.m. on November 25, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 39, Greenbriar Homes, According To The Plat Thereof Recorded In Plat Book 8, Page 75, Of The Public Records Of Sarasota County, Florida

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
