NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58 2012 CA 002351 NC in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC , Plaintiff, and, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS OF DURO VASTAG, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at the hour of 09:00AM, on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 160, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT NO. 2, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGES 65 AND 65A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
