Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 29, 2013, in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

Commence at an old iron pipe on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico on the North line of Section 22, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida, said pipe is 496.0 feet West of the Government Meander Corner on Little Sarasota Bay; thence S 27Ëš55'E, 780 feet along said Gulf of Mexico to the North line of Twin Beaches Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 1 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (now vacated); thence S 89Ëš56'30” E along said North line of Twin Beaches Subdivision a distance of 182.2 feet to a concrete monument found (being a PRM as shown on said plat) at the Southwesterly right-of-way line of a 30-foot wide County road as shown on said plat; thence continue S 89Ëš56'30” E a distance of 34.95 feet to the Northeasterly right-of-way line of said County road; thence S 30Ëš49' E along said right-of-way line a distance of 276.53 feet to a concrete monument set for a Point of Beginning; thence continue S 30Ëš49' E along said Northeasterly right-of-way line a distance of 100.13 feet to a concrete monument set; thence N 62Ëš05' E a distance of 255 feet, more or less, to the mean high water line of Little Sarasota Bay (passing through a concrete monument set at 242.9 feet); thence Northwesterly along said mean high water line a distance of 106 feet, more or less, to its Intersection with a line running N 62Ëš05'E from the Point of Beginning; thence S 62Ëš05'W a distance of 224 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning (passing through a concrete monument set 213.7 feet from the Point of Beginning)
Together with access by foot path from the public road to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico over the Northerly 3 feet of the parcel conveyed by Frances E. Murphy Livingston to Esther B. Lesch in a deed dated July 23, 1970, and recorded in Official Records Book 850 at Page 977 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 3, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
