NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2013 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA0083480000NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and MICHAEL S. BONITO, A/K/A MICHAEL BONITO, THERESA C. BONITO, A/K/A THERESA BONITO, THE COLONY AT SABAL TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. , FIFTH THIRD BANK , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of November, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 201, Building 5770, THE COLONY AT SABAL TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument #2005115527, as amended in Official Records Instrument #2005132220, and according to Condominium Book 37, Pages 49 through 49G, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with that limited common element Garage 70-2 and Parking Space 70-2, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
