Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 05/24/2013 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
COMMENCE at the most Northerly corner of Block “B”, STICKNEY POINT SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 98, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence South 51 degrees 05' West along the Northerly line of said Block “B”, 370 feet; thence South 37 degrees 48' East, 310 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 51 degrees 05' West, 125 feet more or less to the shore line of Sabal Lake; thence southerly along said shore line 90 feet more or less; thence North 51 degrees 05' East, 125 feet more or less; thence North 57 degrees 48' West, 90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, also known as Lot 5, Block 1, SABAL PALMS SUBDIVISION, recorded in Deed Book 350, Page 336 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
