Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of December, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Part of Lots 3, 6, and 7, Block D ROSEMARY PARK NO. 2, Resub. E 1/2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 30, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3, run North 89Ëš02'25” East 142.10 feet along the north line of said Lot 3; thence South 01Ëš17'40” East 12.50 feet; thence South 89Ëš02'25” West 22.92 feet (hereinafter referred to as Course A): thence South 50Ëš10' West 152.25 feet (hereinafter referred to as Course B) to the East line of First Street; thence North 01Ëš20'20” West 108.06 feet along the said East line of First Street to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
