Myers, Florida, the office of Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 27th day of November, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 2048, UNIT 31, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 149 TO 165, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
