NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-55472 (t) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and JEAN MARIE ARMSTRONG; SCHOONER BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NORTH FORT MYERS, INC.; SHAWN P. MATTHEW F/K/A SHAWN P. ARMSTRONG; CHARLES B. ARMSTRONG JR. A/K/A CHARLES B. ARMSTRONG; RICHARD C. ARMSTRONG; ESTATE OF PATRICIA C. FISHER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF PATRICIA C. FISHER, DECEASED, are Defendants.
