NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-056281, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JESUS J. VARGAS; JANET VARGAS;CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION,INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND 2, IN BLOCK 2184, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGE 40 THROUGH 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
