Myers, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and TOMAS MCDONALD, TOMAS G. MCDONALD A/K/A TOMAS MCDONALD, ROSA L. STEWART A/K/A ROSA STEWART, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONSBANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BARNETT BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DONALD STEWART, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of November, 2013 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 12, of Unit 4, Replat Section 33, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 52, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
