NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000816 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BankUnited, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Angel Perera, Barbara Diaz, Acadia Condominium Association, Inc., Bedford B Condominium Association, Inc., Federation of Kings Point Association, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Angel Perera, The Unknown Spouse of Barbara Diaz, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 40 OF BEDFORD 'B' CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2707, PAGE 512, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH, FLORIDA.
