NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-000931 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-RP1, is the Plaintiff and Alberto Correa also known as Alberto M. Correa, Madelina Correa, Heather Lakes at Brandon Community Association, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Jasinda Vasquez, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Alberto Correa also known as Alberto M. Correa, The Unknown Spouse of Madelina Correa, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
