NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-002373 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, is the Plaintiff and David S. Queipo, Sandra R. Queipo, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK 24, APOLLO BEACH, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
