NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001736 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA5 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Doris Lorente, The Hamptons at Brandon Condominium Association, Inc, Tenant #1 n/k/a Cassie Gipson, Tenant #2 n/k/a Kenny Wiggins, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
