BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, BENJAMIN'S 3RD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR A POINT; RUN THENCE NORTH 32.8 FEET, WEST 110 FEET; SOUTH 32.8 FEET AND EAST 110 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
