NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-019019 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and JOHN F KERSCHER; SANDRA L. BUCHA A/K/A SANDRA L. KERSCHER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; ANDALUCIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANDALUCIA YACHT CLUB, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 03/11/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
