NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-010003 / 11-14745-CED, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and VICTOR F. DIAZ; BETTY DIAZ, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK 1, OF MAP OF MONTANA CITY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
