NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 08-CA-25663 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Carlos J. Viera, a/k/a Carlos J. Viera Delgado a/k/a Carlos Juan Viera-Delgado and Unknown Spouse of Carlos J. Viera, a/k/a Carlos J. Viera Delgado a/k/a Carlos Juan Viera-Delgado, if Married; Cyrenaique B. Colon, a/k/a Cyrenaique Colon and Unknown Spouse of Cyrenaique B. Colon a/k/a Cyrenaique Colon, if Married; The City of Tampa; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 49 AND 50, OF LORRAINE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25 AT PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
