NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 27, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-014703 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and DARLENE ROGERS, IVER LEON ROGERS A/K/A IVER ROGERS, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of November, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, 9 and 10, Block 8, REVISED MAP OF RUBENSTEINS SUBDIVISION, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 38 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
