NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-004770 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and J. FLASHER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 2315 TRUST, DATED 31ST DAY OF JULY 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 2315 TRUST, DATED 31ST DAY OF JULY 2007; DONELLA SPEIGHTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/22/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
