NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 522013CA002611XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, Pat Frank the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 127 FEET OF THE WEST 460 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA SUBJECT TO EXISTING ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1983 COM-CAMP MOBILE HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED AND ATTACHED TO THE LAND IS PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH BY INTENTION OF THE PARTIES AND UPON RETIREMENT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AS PROVIDED IN 319.261 FLA STAT., SHALL CONSTITUTE A PART OF THE REALTY AND SHALL PASS WITH IT.
