NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-15168-CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and EMMANUEL CASTOR; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 13th day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 45 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, BARLETT'S ORANGE PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 2, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
