NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-015041 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN STRICKLAND, VALUE PROPERTIES OF CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC, THE CITY OF GULFPORT, FLORIDA, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 13, GULF GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
