Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated October 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-10319-CI-07, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CU MEMBERS MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF COLONIAL SAVINGS, F.A. is the Plaintiff, and JOEL HERNANDEZ, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 17 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 16, BLOCK A, KENILWORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
