NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-011780 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and DAVID MAREK; SUSAN GAIL MAREK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, RIDGEWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
