NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 25, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 000257 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM TAYLER; CRYSTAL BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; FEATHER POINTE ASSOCIATION, INC.; E.S. PLUMBING SERVICES, INC. A/K/A E S PLUMBING; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on NOVEMBER 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 301, BUILDING C, CRYSTAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 1 THROUGH 40, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8683, PAGES 642, AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8693, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
