NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012989 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-8, is the Plaintiff and Nancy Lopez, Omar Ortega, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, AND THE EAST 25 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK D OF ALLEN-GAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TOTHE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
