NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-007788-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Household Finance Corporation III, is the Plaintiff and Bounma Xayasongkham, Phetmany Xayasongkham, Household Finance Corporation III, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT 41 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 42, OF HIGHPOINT GARDENS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
