NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-001138-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Trust 2006-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR4 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and John S. Rompon, John Doe n/k/a John King, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT FIFTY-SIX (56), BAHIA VISTA ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 26 AND 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
