NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001442 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS TRUST 2006-CB9, C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB9, is Plaintiff and Jason B. Irvin, Keely M. Irvin, City of St. Petersburg, Florida, a Municipal Corporation, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 13 of Edgemoor Estates Replat, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 49, Page(s) 70,71 and 72, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
