NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 013173 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-D, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-D, is Plaintiff and Christine M. Ottaway, Household Finance Corporation, III, James H. Ottaway a/k/a James H. Ottaway, Jr., Kenneth City Social Club, Inc. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Fremont Investment and Loan, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, Block 35, Kenneth City Unit Twelve, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 53 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
