NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010698 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY F/K/A BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2001, MORGAN STANLEY DEAN WITTER CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2001-NC1, is Plaintiff and Linda A. Hayes A/K/A Linda Hayes and Frances Kiphir, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 3, Southern Comfort Homes, Unit One-A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 63, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 11513 92nd Street North, Largo, FL 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
