NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004251 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Karen K. Nelson, Reginald B. Nelson, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block A, LAKELAND ESTATES-SPIEWAK ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 81 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 3001 47th Ave South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
