NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-9155-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Soutchay Khammanyvong, Unknown Spouse of Soutchay Khammanyvong, Clerk of the Circuit Court for the 6th Judicial Circuit, State of Florida, Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 7, Hilltop Grove Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 5412 46th Ave N Saint Petersburg, Florida 33709
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
